Jar of milk

On a river dune near what is now called Brandwijk in South Holland, someone cooked in a jar of milk around 4100 BC. Its remains are the oldest milk in the Netherlands, conclude researchers at the Groningen Institute for Archeology in the Journal of Archaeological Science: Reports.
